While supplies last we are offering a free "Team Copaxone" t-shirt to anyone who donates a minimum of $35.
In order to receive a free tshirt, after submitting your donation you must fill out every field in the contact form as well as mention how much you donated and what size tshirt you would like. To donate online via paypal please click the button below. If you have already donated up to $35 and would like to claim your free t-shirt, please visit the Contact Us page and send us your information.
